Terms & conditions

Last updated 4 September 2026 · VoltRider Mall B.V., Vierhavensstraat 56, 3029 BG Rotterdam · KvK 74829110

These terms apply to every purchase from VoltRider Mall B.V. through voltridermall.shop and to work carried out in our workshop. They do not limit the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.

1. Seller

VoltRider Mall B.V., Vierhavensstraat 56, 3029 BG Rotterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 74829110, VAT NL860018472B01. [email protected], +31 10 322 7740.

2. Orders

A listing is an invitation to buy. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation by e-mail. Stock figures shown on the site are updated in real time, but if an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we cancel that line and refund it within five working days.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Dutch VAT. Delivery cost and, where relevant, import duties are shown before you confirm. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Mollie. Monthly financing at 0 % APR over 36 months is available on orders above €700 through our credit partner, subject to their approval; the credit agreement is between you and them.

Manifest pricing errors do not bind us. We will contact you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel free of charge.

4. Delivery and assembly

Vehicles are shipped 95 % assembled: handlebars are folded and the pedals unfitted, so no tools beyond the supplied key are needed. Transit is 2–5 working days across the EU. Delivery is free above €99; below that it is €6.95 for accessories and €39 for a vehicle. Risk passes on delivery. If a parcel has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, we re-send or refund.

5. The 14-day home test ride and statutory withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. We treat that period as a genuine test ride: normal use on public roads is expected and will not reduce your refund. Damage beyond that — crash damage, a bent frame, a punctured pack — may be deducted. We arrange free collection inside the EU. Details are on the shipping & returns page.

6. Warranty

The warranty lapses if the vehicle has been modified to exceed its legal assist limit, opened by an unauthorised workshop, pressure-washed, or stored below −15 °C with the battery fitted. Statutory conformity rights under EU law apply in addition and are not affected.

7. Legal use

All vehicles are delivered in an EU-legal configuration: 25 km/h pedal assist for bikes, and the national limit for scooters in your delivery country. Removing the speed limiter makes the vehicle a moped in most jurisdictions, requires registration and insurance, and voids both the warranty and, usually, your liability cover. We do not sell, fit or advise on derestriction.

8. Servicing

The first two services are free within 24 months of delivery. Later services are quoted before work begins, and we do not exceed an approved quote without your written agreement. Vehicles left uncollected for more than 90 days after a completed service may be sold to recover storage and repair costs, after two written notices.

9. Liability

We are liable for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Riding an electric vehicle in traffic carries risks that no product can remove; wear a helmet, use lights, and ride within the law.

10. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Contact us first — most disputes are settled the same week. EU consumers may otherwise use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
